Matrix was able to clean our carpets within an hour. I was able to contact them and had a response within minutes. Scheduling was also a breeze. I also received a price quote lower than other companies. Would definitely use Matrix again for future projects.

We had our bedroom carpeting, stairs and landings, and dining room area rugs cleaned. The dining room had a few stains that previous cleanings with another service could not get out. We also had them clean the outside cushions on our porch. Not only does everything look good but it smells so fresh. They use a citrus-based cleaner. I will use theme again.
