- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we cannot release pricing until one of our associates has had a chance to get out and take a look at the scope of work. However, we can negotiate via video, pictures, and measurements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will establish a relationship via phone or messenger. We then schedule a meeting to go over the scope of the project. We will then create an estimate/proposal to present to the customer to then approve and continue on after that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between myself, the company owners, and the other associates, we have 30+ years' worth of experience in the field.
