I had a fantastic experience with DAL. They were incredibly detailed, efficient, and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help me cut the wood for the vents and were on the phone with me every step of the way, even when I was at the hardware store. The team was professional and made sure everything was perfect, finishing the job ahead of schedule. My floors look amazing, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

This company is excellent in their craft and ability to properly install vinyl flooring. They are very strategic and spot on in making sure every plank and quarter round are installed with precision and care. They are very reasonable in their pricing, and you won’t be disappointed in their work. They are very fast and knowledgeable in what they do. I couldn’t believe they installed all of my first floor in only two days. We purchased top-notched materials from Home Depot and had them delivered to our home. They only charged for their labor. We are pleased and happy with our new flooring. We are looking to have them back to install flooring on the second floor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.
