Dal quality was a great fit for my project. Asked plenty of questions about what I was looking for as well as floor orientation made sure I understood what and how job would go. One day installation floors look good at a reasonable price. Even had a neighbor that may use them for her install. Great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.
