She came out to look at the project area but never sent me a quote nor followed up. A simple not interested in the project would have sufficed.

Absolutely terrible, unprofessional and unreliable. I reached out she came out to look at the lawn and what I would like to have done. Our whole conversation everything we discussed is recorded on the exterior cameras of the house, as I always do verbal consultations on camera so there's never a question because everybody does not uphold integrity, with that being said. I explained I would be paying cash. She was made aware I am in another state and I will have to come back to the property if it's not done within the next couple of days that I was in town. I asked for a quote with materials and one with labor only, she agreed. I only received the quote with materials. I reached back out and asked for the quote with labor only. Never received. I headed back out of state. At this point it has taken so long to have the process started I just agreed with a materials and labor quote. She messaged me a couple times about picking up a deposit which I thought was strange because she knew I was paying cash and she knew I was out of state and it was such a small job and small amount. I'm not sure how that would have happened, so I figured it was just a standard text sent to everyone in state. Which made since because after the messages she scheduled a date to come out and complete the project. We agreed on the date and I would meet her at the property for her to go ahead and complete. The day before as I'm on the road to meet her at the property she sends me a text message that she can't do the job the next day as per our agreement until she has a deposit before 5pm! Again, I'm in another state on the road to meet her at the property, how am I going to pay cash on interstate 80! And she can't say that was mandatory because if that was the case why would she even set the date to do the project a couple days prior knowing that I'm in another state, driving in, meeting her there and paying cash. With that being said I came all the way 350 mi to the property for her not to do the job! Would never recommend. Wasted time and money driving there and back extremely dissatisfied I should have realized from the 4.2 on the reviews that I shouldn't have dealt with her. Regards,
