Introduction

YoSoul Yoga’s mission is to provide a serene environment for people to grow in their spiritual and physical practice through movement and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. My love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect with my mind, body and spirit. I want to share my love and passion for yoga with others. My style is warm and caring which draws individuals to her. Be ready to enter a Vinyasa practice that will comfort the mind, relax the body, and enlighten the spirit. I also offer chair yoga for those individuals who are looking for a gentle form of yoga. Currently, I teach at Studio Yogi and Trinity United Church of Christ.

Yolander was exceptional! We connected for our recent yoga session for my nonprofit group’s wellness activity. She was incredibly responsive and offered her services at a very reasonable price. What truly set her apart was her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Yolander was absolutely amazing! Wonderful private yoga class for five of us on a girls trip. She brought everything, showed up with very little notice from me, and provided exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend YoSoul Yoga!
