- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most projects I charge by sq foot x 4. Full wraps sq footage x 5. If a project is particularly challenging and takes longer than I’ve estimated, I will charge additional costs by the hour $75/ hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to communicate as much as possible. I always read the installment instructions provided by each product before installing to make sure I am doing everything as recommended, every product and every wall is different. If something unexpected happens in the process I try to communicate first and give options for how to proceed. This could be due to a problem with a misprint in the product, a lack of enough product (double check your measurements before ordering) or sometimes an issue with the wall that needs addressing. If we need to pause before the installation can continue and we need to schedule another time, a return to site fee of $50-75 may apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked professionally in theater for over 20 years. Primarily working as an actor, I also built sets and designed props and costumes.
