- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) I accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp. However I prefer Zelle 2) All payments must be made BEFORE the lesson. 40% is required upfront(This payment reserves your date & time slot) the final payment will be due after the 1st session 3) If you need to cancel, you have up to 12 hours before your scheduled time of your class to do so 4) When you purchase packages (i.e. 5-10 classes) please be reminded that if you cancel on a short notice the class still counts. (All customers have until 10pm the day before) If I cancel your class (i.e. emergency) I will make sure your class is made up in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do a "trial run" with new customers to see if things flow naturally between them and myself. The main thing is that I wish for you to be comfortable, comfort is key. Without it, nothing will be taught or learned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a practitioner of this sport for over 13 years. As stated before I hold a Certificate as a Green Level Coach under USA Boxing.
