- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on group size and menu selection. Our Thanksgiving & Friendsgiving buffet packages are available for: • $500 (serves 10–20 guests) • $1,000 (serves 30–50 guests) Each package includes buffet-style setup with pans and burners. Drop-off only; delivery fee $35 within Chicago and the Chicagoland area. Limited to 10 Thanksgiving & Friendsgiving buffet orders. Booking closes November 15th or when all slots are filled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I like to start by learning more about the event — the type of gathering, number of guests, and preferred menu style. This helps me recommend the right buffet package and ensure everything fits their vision and budget. We’ll then schedule a brief 15–30 minute consultation to confirm details, delivery time, and logistics. Once the order is finalized, I provide an invoice and confirmation to secure the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed formal culinary training and had the privilege of working and training alongside several of Chicago’s top chefs. Over the years, I’ve continued to refine my craft through hands-on experience, menu development, and ongoing study of regional and seasonal recipes. I am ServSafe Certified and fully insured, ensuring every meal is prepared and delivered with the highest standards of quality and food safety.
