- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a personal chef, meal options are limitless. The personal chef Dinner experience starts at $115 per person, this includes $150 fee for assistant and a 20% service charge. The personal chef Brunch experience starts at $75 per person, including $150 fee for assistant and 20% service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important for me to know what type of event the client is hosting, how many guests and their budget. This information is generally done through a complimentary 30 minute consultation on the phone, via email or via zoom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken culinary classes and trained with some of the best chefs in Chicago, studied and continue to study recipes. I am ServSafe certified and insured.
