I’ve watched Chance Bradley grow from a line cook to a true Chef. When he was full time at my restaurant he organized and executed our catering events. He also played a big role in menu development. Chance was very punctual and his time management is unmatched. Lastly his food is consistently delicious!

Had the pleasure of having Chef Chance cater multiple family events for me. My private birthday celebration was a complete success.From the southern homemade biscuits to the perfectly prepared lamb chops. He is a great chef for hosting brunch events also; for he was able to create a full menu set up and presentation for my guest and supplies a full buffet.

While working with Chef Chance I was pleased with his professionalism and dependability. Of course, his food is the best part; delicious and presentation impeccable.

Chance is an outstanding chef. Being able to work with him and be a guest to his cooking has been such a great experience that I wish to relive again. Hired Chance to cook for me and a group of my friends and the food was amazing. He was on time finished in a timely manner and had our home smelling good for days after. His salmon was the best I ever had and lamb chops were falling off the bone. I would definitely hire him again.
