- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the care, intention, and quality we bring to every clean. We offer tiered pricing based on home size and level of service. First-time bookings get a $25 discount. We also provide custom add-ons like energy cleanses, scent rituals, laundry folding, and fridge resets. Emergency same-day flips incur a $50 rush fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick intake form to learn about your space, your needs, and the energy you want to feel in your home. You'll choose your scent blend, add-ons, and let us know if you'd like us to reset the vibe too (sage, palo santo, misting, etc). Once booked, we confirm arrival details and take it from there. You don’t lift a finger — just open the door and let us work our magic
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder is trained in ritual-based space holding, intuitive cleaning methods, and somatic practices. We’ve also studied under grandmothers, tias, and cleaning queens who taught us that cleaning isn’t just physical — it’s energetic. We continue learning best practices for eco-safe, non-toxic, and scent-conscious spaces.
