About Me as it may apply to YOU...
Are you, like I was about 20 years ago, searching to fill a yearning from deep inside to find something more…your purpose? At that time, I was taking care of my parents’ needs on the weekends, working a full-time job to provide our health insurance, being active in church and supporting my daughter’s college education. I participated in a spiritual women’s group, did meditation and yoga.
Yet I was looking for something more to fulfill me when discovered how to use Chi or Ki energy and share it with others. In about 2000, I learned Reiki and Healing Touch to bring healing energy to people’s homes with my “table will travel” while also working out of doctor’s offices.
Some background about Reiki which began in Japan in about 1920. Reiki is a Japanese therapy for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. When giving a Reiki treatment one applies “laying on of hands” or a light touch. It is based on the idea that unseen life force energy flows through and around you and causes you to be alive.
When ill, injured, or under stress, the flow of energy within your body is obstructed and unbalanced. When healthy, the life force energy flows freely in, through, and out of your body.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei denotes Divinely Directed and Ki denotes Universal Life Force Energy. Therefore, Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy.
Today, I will help you eliminate physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances brought about by the pressures and stress we encounter day to day.
I have studied and mastered a host of complementary alternative healing disciplines and tools that work together to promote total wellness and share these with you in customized energetic treatment sessions.
An important part of my current practice is offering BOTH private REMOTE OR DISTANCE and in person Reiki, Healing Touch and other energetic healing sessions including aromatherapy and energetic clearing, and chakra balancing. With the Reiki/energetic healing sessions, I do an assessment and a clearing of any negative energies.
My practice is unique in that I also offer specialized IN PERSON & REMOTE Reiki classes on Zoom that teach you how to empower yourself into managing your own self-healing. As you learn the techniques of working with Reiki energy, you soon come to realize your true self and your spiritual purpose. Major benefits of this Reiki self-healing include – improved personal relationships, higher self-esteem, and more meaningful spiritual development.
I have been teaching Reiki consistently since 2012. AND I OFFER MONTHLY REIKI SHARES to help you develop your skills.

I love helping people transform their lives and find their purpose and passion. Enjoy seeing students practice and be able to feel the Reiki energy.
