So happy with my new carpet! The installation was super quick, and was scheduled very shortly after we confirmed. This company has been incredibly patient with us as we have changed our mind (and scope of work) a bunch of times, and hasnt been pushy at all.

I recently had a stair runner installed by Floor Coverings International, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they provided excellent service. They arrived on time, were professional, and left the space spotless after the installation. Brian, the owner, was very attentive and followed up right away to ensure I was satisfied with the job. What I really appreciated was how easy they made the process by bringing the samples directly to my home, allowing me to see exactly how they would look in my space. Highly recommend them for their great service and quality work!

Christina and Dan from Floor Coverings International are awesome! The work that they do is impeccable! If you are looking to get flooring done in your home or at your business. I would highly recommend FCI! They are experts at anything floors and able to tackle any project or mess that comes their way. FCI does both residential and commercial projects! From carpet to laminate or luxury vinyl or wood flooring. They have products to fit everyones needs!

I didnt want to have home construction. As a first time homeowner, I was scared, overwhelmed, and anxious about dealing with insurance companies, management companies, and picking out new flooring after my high rise condo had flooding and my floor buckled about 9 inches off the ground. The people at Floor covering international were great to work with and made everything easy. The price was fair, they communicated throughout the process, and they did a great job. This place gave me peace of mind and a great new floor.

We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
