- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new or existing customer consists of the same process. First, I will contact the customer to set a time that works best for both parties and schedule a walk-through to go over the scope of work, take measurements, and answer any questions the customer might have. I will then work on the estimate and send it to the customer for review. If the job is accepted, then I will make the contract, ask for a 50% down payment, and schedule a start date for us to commence work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's in business administration and have taken courses like residential and commercial blueprints and estimating courses. The team has over 15 years of experience doing union work and has taken courses before every start of the season.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners, property groups, and contractors!
