After a horrible experience with someone else Mr. Brooks came in and instantly knew how to fix the previous mess!! In less then 20 minutes my tv was securely mounted!! He even put his dead weight on the mount to show me the tv wouldn’t fall!!! Anyway long story short he’s my new go to person!! Thank you again!!

Brooks and his team did a fantastic job mounting my TVs, and even helped me take down my mounts and help with a few things at my old space. Brooks was very responsive, on time and the entire team was very friendly. Highly recommend and would use again!

Mr. Brooks’ arrived on time and even a few minutes early! His work ethic and professionalism is exceptional! If I could have chosen all 5 highlight choices on this app, I would have definitely included the other 2 - punctuality and value! I had 2 TV mounts, 2 TVs - a 50” and a 42”and a sound bar installed. My original request was only for 1 TV, however, when we discovered that my new in box/ never opened TV mount was missing the brackets (Ugh!!), Mr. Brooks quickly assessed the situation and offered to make a run to pick up a replacement mount. I asked him if it was possible to hang my other 42” TV in another room, and he said yes! I was and still am in awww of the fact that he went above and beyond, and definitely exceeded my expectations! VERY happy customer here, and will most certainly work with again and recommend to everyone I know! Big value!!
