- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For photography, I price the hours of the shoot and will turn over an SD card on the spot. Other modes of transferring files take time and thus I charge for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For furniture assembly, I show up and ask try to find instructions. For photography, I try to talk to you and understand what you need me to capture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned most of my furniture assembly by experience. My photography is due to the influence of YouTube (my favorite is Simon D'entremont) and the 24/7 Canon Professional Services advisors who are willing to answer any photography question.
