Luis Chavez, the technician was great. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately (pilot in boiler would not stay lit). Scheduled a same day appt. Although he was running behind, he kept me informed of his status. That is what I appreciated the most. You can tell he prides himself on customer service. Upon his arrival, he determined the cause of our problem, got the part from his truck, and replaced it. He was in and out within 20-30 minutes. He also advised that although old, our boiler is in good shape. Confirmed no leakage of carbon dioxide and did a quick inspection. Nothing worthy of requiring a new boiler. This is a small business of three. We will be scheduling our future annual maintenance with them. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you why tactical is amazing! My dad calls me & lets me know that his furnace is not blowing hot air etc. He calls some guy who wants him to replace the whole thing for thousand of dollars. I told my dad, give me 30 mins and let me call around. I reached out to tactical on thumbtack and they responded in less than 20 mins and said they could be out same day; they were actually at my dads in like 2hrs. They could get the part the same day, but came back early the next morn and repaired my dads furnace. Furthermore they gave him an unbelievable price and some tips to keep his furnace working for years to come. Tactical doesn’t try to take advantage of seniors; they give fair pricing, but moreover they do good work. Thank you for taking care of my family as if they were yours. I hope this helps bring you more business and I will refer you as much as possible for helping my dad.
