Luis Chavez, the technician was great. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately (pilot in boiler would not stay lit). Scheduled a same day appt. Although he was running behind, he kept me informed of his status. That is what I appreciated the most. You can tell he prides himself on customer service. Upon his arrival, he determined the cause of our problem, got the part from his truck, and replaced it. He was in and out within 20-30 minutes. He also advised that although old, our boiler is in good shape. Confirmed no leakage of carbon dioxide and did a quick inspection. Nothing worthy of requiring a new boiler. This is a small business of three. We will be scheduling our future annual maintenance with them. Highly recommended!
