- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial conference call followed by custom menu writing and tasting (if necessary), until menu is achieved. A final meeting is set to work out service requests and payment schedule. Follow up is completed 7 and 3 days before events’ start.

Culinary Degree. B.S in Hospitality Management. 12 Years Professional Experience.
