- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay abreast of my skill by watching culinary channels and I will occasionally take cooking classes to learn different skills and recipes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking ever since I could stand and got more involved with it when I decided to invoke my passion and take my business from beyond family and expand into a company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically do birthday parties and also cookouts and the occasional corporate event (tenant picnic or luncheon). For my friends that want to try different foods I will cook the small dinners for their families to eat. I have also provided couples dinners for valentines's Day and days like that.
