I've had bed bugs for 7 months and finally they are gone. What a relief. These guys were the only ones who could get the job done. They came to my apartment three times for treatments and inspections. The mattresses and box springs were taken care of, they put pads down on the bed frames to prevent tears, and steam cleaned and treated the baseboards and closet tracks. If I had any questions I emailed them and they responded almost immediately with advice. The job they did was extremely thorough and I couldn't be more thankful I picked them for my bug problem. I have used another extermination service which failed in the past. So if you have bed bugs I HIGHLY recommend choosing the Windy City Bed Bug Specialists. :)

Vladimir of Windy City Bed Bug Specialists is extremely professional. I felt very confident after just talking with him on the phone about resolving our bed bug issue. He showed up right on time for our appointment and he did a very thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and personable and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He did the two treatments as explained and we have been free of bed bugs since then. I highly recommend Vladimir and his company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only Chicagoland company that only handles bed bugs, and nothing else. We perform bed bug treatments everyday, and we have the best knowledge on what works and what does not. All other competitors cannot say the same, which usually means a short lasting warranty of 30 days, we provide 60-90 days.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been doing pest control since graduating high school, which is now almost 16 years. (WOW) We decided to open our own just last year.
