My elderly mom somehow ended up with bed bugs and couldn’t get her in home care services until it was resolved. I called big national brands and had trouble talking to anyone other than call centers. Hi - I would really recommend John. I was facing issues with bed bugs in my entire home . But when I find John and schedule an appointment with him from there on it was pretty easy for me. He was super punctual in his time and I was really impressed with his work . It’s been 5 days since John came to my house and implemented his solution and I would say the bed bugs from my home have been completely vanished.

They were the least expensive and had the longest guarantee, one year. John was also EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, which was important as we were dealing with elderly people, which make it more difficult. Nate did the actual treatment, and was kind, professional and extremely helpful! Thanks guys!
