Jay is very knowledgeable. He responded right away. He came out the next day for an inspection. He was on time, polite, patient and professional. He took the time to explain things in detail. Thankfully he found no evidence of bed bugs. I learned about the bugs, lifecycle, behavior and what to look for in the future. I really appreciated his attention to detail how thorough he was.
