Review: Overpriced Service with Poor Resolution
I recently used C&J for pest control, and while the technician was very polite and professional, the service itself was extremely disappointing. They charged me $250 just to place what appeared to be about $10 worth of bait. There was no thorough inspection or additional treatment—just a quick placement of bait that I could have done myself for a fraction of the cost.
When I reached out to the owner to express my concerns, there was no reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they simply wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more for something that should have already been included in the initial $250 service.
While I appreciate the friendliness of the technician, the pricing is completely unreasonable, and the lack of customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for real value for their money. There are far better options available at a more reasonable price.
