However, he did not send them on the promised date and instead asked me to wait a few more days. I waited, but he still didn’t send the documents.
When I called him, he apologized, saying he might have sent them to the wrong person by mistake. Even after that, he didn’t send the documents, so I called again. This time, he avoided my calls and, when he finally picked up, abruptly yelled at me and hung up. He eventually sent the documents, but they didn’t include any business information or the details I needed. I attempted to contact him again, but he hasn’t responded.
Furthermore, these documents were something he originally promised to provide before the EV charger installation. I don't understand why he became upset. All I need are the receipts and the EVchargerinstallation certification number. He was the best technician until he got paid, but after receiving payment, he stopped taking responsibility for his commitments. If he continues to ignore my calls, I won’t be able to make use of the one-year warranty he provided. Additionally, ComEd cannot find his EVchargerinstallation certification.He refuses to accept checks. He wants to receive pay in cash or zelle only.
