Responsive immediately, fair prices when others were trying to overcharge. I called assuming I needed a Freon recharge for ac and it turned out to be wiring issues that he was able to fix and then check other components and Freon. Very reasonable repair price, especially for same day!

My heater / HVAC system stopped working in the middle of winter, with extremely cold temps outside. Alex was very prompt in responding to my request, and was willing to come and fix it the same night! Needed some parts replaced, he went out to get them, and fixed the system right away, within a very reasonable price. Would have him service my AC in the summer as well

Alex helped to troubleshoot a botched installation of a Nest smart thermostat by a previous HVAC tech. The fan of my heat pump would not turn off even after the Ac was off and there was no way to turn it off no matter the setting as it was just wired incorrectly initially. Alex rewired everything correctly in under 45mins and his quote and price was lowest among the 6 HVAC companies I contacted. Stand up guy 5 stars!
