I can’t say enough about Charlene, and she definitely saved the day for my party. I was overwhelmed and decided I needed help to bring things together days before my event. She jumped right in and took all the stress off of me. The event turned out to be absolutely beautiful and she kept all the vendors and entertainment on point. I look forward to working with her again!

I hired C2Detail Events for my wedding in Chicago end of September 2021. All I can say is WOW! Charlene and her team decorated my wedding even better than I could have imagined! I gave Charlene a vision and she executed it above and beyond. We met prior to the wedding to talk about what I wanted, what I was thinking, and the whole wedding day. The we stayed in contact whenever I needed it. I asked for a rustic style touches with colorful flowers. C2Detail Events decorated 3 tables, made a Chuppah for the ceremony, aisle decor, tons of fabric draping to cover walks, and dessert table. I was shocked when I walked in to the venue to see it all for the first time. It was so gorgeous and lush. Charlene brought some of her own ideas and decor and it was just absolutely perfect! Additionally C2Details provided day-of-coordination. Mary was my day of coordinator and she was amazing. She kept the schedule running on time, was so helpful, and organized. I don’t know what I would have done without her help! Lastly, C2detail’s whole team was on point day of, done on time, and so sweet! One word to sum things up: TRUST. Trust C2Detail to get what you want done for one of the most memorable days of your life. Tell Charlene what you want, and she will run with it and get it done better! And isn’t that what everyone needs when planning a wedding? Thank you so much!!! ***I’ll add in more photos once I get the professional ones back!

My experience with C2Details Events, Travel and Concierge Services was nothing but SUPERB. Charlene made planning my daughter's baby shower do easy.( She did all the work)! Everyone loved the decorations. The sweet table was everything I wanted. Thank you again for eveything.

I wish I could give more stars to show how satisfied I am with C2Details Events, Travel and Concierge Service. I hired Ms. Charlene to plan and decorate the bridal shower for my best friend. From the moment I decided to hire Ms. Charlene as the event planner until the day of the event, she was responsive, professional and punctual. She listened to my ideas, provided me with ideas on the bridal shower theme and even would tell me if something was not necessary. The bridal shower had a high tea theme and the decorations and setup were so beautiful. There were teapots and pearls serving as centerpieces, a huge welcome sign where people knew where the event was. All of the guests said how beautiful the event was and how wonderful Ms. Charlene and her staff were. Some highlights I heard wee the idea of the personalized wine glass which served as their drink glass during the event and a take home gift, the bride’s table and the sequin backdrop. Ms. Charlene and C2Details & Events is the best there is when it comes to event planning. I recommend her to everyone who is in need of an event planner and I will definitely have her again for my next big event.
