FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start by getting to know them and their vision for the project. We’ll usually have a consultation where we discuss their needs, whether it’s event coverage, portraits, or something more specialized. From there, I offer tailored recommendations, including location ideas, shot lists, and styling suggestions. On the day of the shoot, I ensure they feel comfortable and guide them through the process. Afterward, I work on editing and retouching, and I provide them with the final images in the format that suits them best, whether digital or printed. I also make sure to stay in touch to get their feedback and ensure they’re thrilled with the results.
