This was an outstanding experience. Angelica and her team were extremely professional. This was my first time hosting an event of this level and her decorations were beautiful and creative. She not only met, but exceeded all expectations and she even helped coordinate the timeline for the event. Angelica and her team collaborated seamlessly with catering services, venue management, and DJ/entertainment. Her services are absolutely outstanding and the venue was beautiful. If you’re planning an event, I would definitely recommend Evanov events for decorations and event planning.

Gabriela was very receptive to our instant feedback, and we went back and forth on the balloon designs, patterns, colors, etc. Given the constraints of our living room space and budget, they did a beautiful job. We have a balloon decorator for all our future events. They are the best at their job, happy to recommend them!

Charlene was great! She was extremely helpful, cheerful, and came overly prepared. We ended up using the entire ballroom for our corporate event instead of just 2/3rds of the space at the last minute and she had just enough extra table decor to cover our needs. I absolutely recommend her for any events in the future.

Angelica did an amazing job with the balloon decorations for my mother's 80th birthday. She was so kind and professional. She quickly responded to my initial request and was able to pull everything together within a very short time frame. Please do yourself a favor and hire Keynote Event Planning. Kristen from Keynote Event Planning did an AMAZING job for my wedding! She decorated my church ceremony pews for me, exactly how I told her to. It was simple, yet beautiful. I am beyond blessed to come across Kristen. She is so sweet, full of energy, prompt, detailed, easy to work with, and organized. Just let her know what you want, and she will make your dreams come true! 10/10 recommend!!!

Tina decorated the rustic elegance themed BBQ rehearsal dinner for me. Tina’s work is fantastic. I basically showed up and saw perfectly decorated event as we spoke about and more! It is extremely easy to work with Tina. I had one initial phone call describing what I wanted and she got it and ran with it. She was communicative by texting me and call me about details that needed a decision. She proactively worked with the venue herself. Guests showed up very impressed by how she transformed the location. The staff at the restaurant came by personally to compliment us. Thank you Tina! I recommend her highly.

All I can say is WOW! Charlene and her team decorated my wedding even better than I could have imagined!
I gave Charlene a vision and she executed it above and beyond. We met prior to the wedding to talk about what I wanted, what I was thinking, and the whole wedding day. The we stayed in contact whenever I needed it. I asked for a rustic style touches with colorful flowers.
C2Detail Events decorated 3 tables, made a Chuppah for the ceremony, aisle decor, tons of fabric draping to cover walks, and dessert table. I was shocked when I walked in to the venue to see it all for the first time. It was so gorgeous and lush. Charlene brought some of her own ideas and decor and it was just absolutely perfect!
Additionally C2Details provided day-of-coordination. Mary was my day of coordinator and she was amazing. She kept the schedule running on time, was so helpful, and organized. I don’t know what I would have done without her help!
Lastly, C2detail’s whole team was on point day of, done on time, and so sweet!
One word to sum things up: TRUST. Trust C2Detail to get what you want done for one of the most memorable days of your life. Tell Charlene what you want, and she will run with it and get it done better! And isn’t that what everyone needs when planning a wedding?

I had been communicating with Chi Chi about 3 weeks before my baby’s 1st birthday party … we went over the concept and had a plan going … 48 hours prior to the even she stopped responding . The day before the event . She sent a text that they would not be able to provide the service due to an unexpected event! I tried calling her no response . She left me scrambling last minute the day prior to find another decorator . I found the interaction unprofessional! At least call the client to discuss . I would not use or recommend this vendor due to the lack of consideration given to leaving a customer hanging last minute.

Took a while to review but finally here to say you absolutely need to hire Ellie and her crew! They were amazing and so fast. Executed the exact vision that I had in my head and went beyond that. Everyone loved all of the balloons she put up and her photo back drop was a hit. She decorated a boat venue for a wedding and I can 100% say I would hire her for any other upcoming events I ever have because she was that great! Thank you so much!

I recently engaged Mimi for balloon decor for an event, and I opted for 8 table centerpieces and a backdrop for $400. The designs were indeed captivating, especially the backdrop which elevated the ambiance of our venue. The table centerpieces were beautifully crafted and matched the theme perfectly.
However, my main concern was the ownership aspect. After paying a premium price, I was surprised to learn that I had to return several parts of the centerpieces to the vendor post-event. This was a bit of an inconvenience and something I believe should be made clearer during the initial agreement.
For future clients, I'd recommend clarifying terms of ownership and rental items to avoid any post-event surprises.
UPDATE:
I'd like to acknowledge the prompt and considerate response from Mimi of Jasamara Design. After my initial review, Mimi kindly offered to refund $100 of the amount I paid, which I appreciate. Additionally, she graciously allowed me to retain the centerpiece parts for my sister's wedding taking place a week later. It's commendable to see a business willing to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. While the initial experience had its bumps, the resolution provided by Mimi demonstrates her dedication to her clients.

I hired treasure creations for my sons first bday party & they royally screwed my party.
1. They did nothing that they promised
2. Arrived almost 1 hr late at the venue
3. My guests had to wait out for a long tume as the decoration wasnt ready.
4. Last but not the least , my events main theme “hot air ballon” they couldnt manage to get the poles for it to put it up as they had promised .
They are highly unprofessional & my main backdrop wall where my son was supposed to cut the cake ended up looking completely empty as they couldn’t put up the hot air ballon n do the secor around it…
If you want to spoil your party please hire them…

We had such a beautiful location by the riverside but they completely messed it up for us.
Lastly inspite of apologising all they were worried about was their money…

Keko’s conceptualization and final work product is great. However, her execution and management of projects is terrible. I hired her to do my baby shower and she requested a call time 2 hours ahead of the event start as she expressed that she needed that much time to start. I signed a contract for $1600 for a balloon garland and light table table decors, centerpieces and runners, welcome sign.
Keko was an hour and 15 minutes late. When she arrived she was disheveled, disorganized and was correct that it took nearly two hours complete as she was still constructing the balloon garland 1 hour into my event. It was extremely embarrassing because guest were arriving offering to help. Lots of promises, like moving the furniture or the use of our rental company to move furniture we’re missed because everyone was there at the call time except for her.
As the guest of honor, I arrived to find her children on site and was told her son was playing with the balloons and adding a little bit to the chaos and scramble. I expressed to her that I wouldn’t have minded if she just gave me a heads up, and we could have found a space for her kids. But her stroller was blocking the entrance of the door when I arrived. My mom thought it was a gift. When Keko responded to my comment about her kids, she said the invite didn’t say no children. Completely confused by this response, I had to express to her that she was not a guest and this was an event were guest were asked not to bring kids or plus ones because of the limited space. So it felt very offputting to see her kids there as guests and caused a little confusion for my invited guest.
There’s so much more to add to such poor, poor service that Keko provided, but the most disturbing is the lack of her ability to acknowledge, take ownership and rectify the situation amicably. She only apologized for being late. 10, 15 minutes late I understand but over an hour 15 minutes leaving my family, friends and guest to help set-up for the shower is pretty egregious.
Buyer beware, her final product is great, but her execution will ruin your event because she’s just absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. I have paid $1600 for an elegant event there is a set of expectations and this was just trash. The space was cluttered because the furniture was pushed behind the balloon garland. Space was limited. Seems like such a waste.
There’s other thumbtack professionals who can give you a better overall experience without the stress, headache and gaslighting. I would stay far away. Learn from my lesson. FYI, I’m filing a formal complaint against her for breech of contract with the States Attorney’s office and filing a lawsuit this week for breech of contract.
Finally, Keko’s communication is difficult. She refused to stay on Thumbtack and us very needy and detailed in her planning. She constantly texts me all day and night. I begged her to get on a call, she sent contracts with errors that needed to be re-dove several times. We got measures for everything in the room, tables, etc…you would think she was very detailed. And when she arrived she had forgotten and didn’t do anything that was discussed or needed for those measurements. It’s unbelievable. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of for one of the most important milestones of a baby shower.
Pics: see couches and tables jammed behind the balloon garland. Furniture took a quarter of the room creating a tight cluttered space. Paid $85 for a balloon garland sign and she placed plastic fake green garland, because she ran out of time. This was not a $1600+ experience.

I originally thought I was going to DIY my wedding but when Charlene answered my request I knew that was going to be the best decision I ever made to hire her. IT WAS! I am so glad I did not DIY my wedding. I would give Elegant Wedding Design 100 stars! She made my special wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. People in my family were second guessing the event space I had chosen because it was small and they couldn't see the vision that I had. Charlene truly transformed the space into a beautiful, elegant and luxurious wedding venue. Every single one of my guests were blown away and in awe as soon as they stepped into the ceremony and saw Charlene's magical beauty she created.
She was so engaging, kind and truly made sure every detail of my vision was accomplished. She gave great ideas and expertise. I trusted every decision she made. I love that she owned all of her own materials and had the perfect matching color for our wedding scheme. She did a site walk thru and planned everything with a layout. Her text and email correspondence was great! I could write two pages about how amazing she is and how you really need to make sure she is handling your wedding decor and design. As soon as my first phone call with her I could tell in my spirit she would make all of my dreams come true. and she did!
I had the complete piece of mind from the moment I hired her. I was even worried because I WASNT worried about anything. She is like the fairy godmother that transformed Cinderella! I give her my highest review possible! Elegant Wedding Design is the best!
