- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are all different. It depends on the event, the size and everything in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first connect with my client to get some basic information. I will then draw up an estimate and put together a proposal. Once that has been established a non-refundable hold the date deposit is due. Once we have agreed upon a final price and completed your full estimate, half of the payment will be required. I will also send over a contract that will need to be signed and returned. Fourteen days before the event the other half will be due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Business. I have worked in Marketing most of my life. I have been doing Event Planning and decor for about 10 years now.
