- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 wedding packages I offer vary depending upon whether or not you want me to be involved with your rehearsal, and how much consultation you’re looking for. Packages start at $350.00. Please visit my website or contact me for additional pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation After you’ve chosen the package that best suits your needs, the initial consultation is the next step. It can be face-to-face, a conference call, or a video chat. Typically I meet with the couple over coffee, talk about the ceremony and learn a bit about you and your relationship. This helps me to personalize your ceremony so that it fits your style and personality. After the initial consultation, I ask that you submit a $100 non-refundable deposit within a week , if you decide you'd like me to reserve your wedding date. The Planning Meeting The planning meeting is our opportunity to get acquainted better. I take notes, as this is my chance to prepare for your wedding and to hear the story of your relationship. This either takes place in-person or on the phone, depending on the package you have chosen. In the planning meeting, we will spend at least an hour together to get to know one another and plan out your ceremony. After the planning meeting, I am available for follow up questions or any concerns you may have. Typically, there is an ongoing conversation of emails between our first face-to-face meeting and your wedding. I look forward to helping make your big day special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained Lutheran pastor and currently serve at Faith Lutheran Church in Aurora, Il. I have been in the ministry for 26 years and have performed over 300 weddings.
