I hired emerald for a paver project and they did an amazing job with the project. The pavers look beautiful and i am just beyond impressed with the work. They literally upgraded our backyard. Thank you Emerald for an amazing job

These guys started out so strong! Did a beautiful job on my patio and water feature. But two days after they left I realized the water feature was leaking. They came out but their fix didn’t work. They blamed it on how my property was laid out and where the water feature was placed. Eight weeks later now it still hasn’t been fixed and I have to bug them every week or two and still nothing is being done. Just get a lot of excuses. Beautiful work, no doubt, but really disappointed that more than two months after “finishing” I still can’t use the part I wanted the most. By the way, Victor again promised over two weeks ago he would call me with an update. Still haven’t heard from him. I’ll probably end up having to hire and pay someone in the spring to fix what I already paid him for. Very disappointed
