Robert was a outstanding helping us with our new purchase of a used hot tub. Gave us great directions, and options to improve our knowledge of the spa. He was A+ in his inspection and gave us good honest advice. We will definitely be calling Robert for any of our hot tub repairs or services in the future!!!

I didn't end up having to have Robert come out to fix anything yet. My problem with my hot tub kind of resolved itself for the time being but he responded to all of my messages in a timely manner and was going to be able to come look at my hot tub within a few days of my initial contact with him. His price to come out is reasonable for the travel he would have to have made. Will definitely be getting ahold of him for any issues I have with my hot tub in the future.

Robert was great, he actually came on the day of my text. He was very knowledgable about spas/hot tubs. He was very friendly. He even came on a Sunday to put in a part. It was my first time finding repairmen online, but am very glad I did. Great job Robert. Mike Aurora, IL
