I recently hired Rosario from Jairos Construction and Painting for drywall repair and painting after having electrical work done, and I am beyond impressed with the results. This was a complex job, as he had to fix significant damage from recessed lights and outlets that had been installed, yet the finished product was flawless—you can’t even tell if any work was done! I chose work quality, professionalism and responsiveness but could easily have also included the last two - punctuality and value. He delivers on all of these. As many reviewers have said, Rosario deserves a 5-star rating. He responded immediately to my query, came when he said he would come for an estimate, and kept me informed along the way. We needed dry wall replaced in our living room ceiling where it had been removed to install recessed lights. He gave us a bid and arranged a quick and convenient time to do the work. The job looks great. Seamless and the paint job blends with the existing ceiling paint. He cleaned the area up beautifully, is respectful and friendly. Highly recommend. Hope to hire him again!
