- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may be more on the higher side, but all the proper work that I supply makes it worth the money. I don't believe in taking shortcuts, cleaning out of order, or cleaning super fast and not doing a good job. I do everything by the book and take my time because I care about my clients and care about what I do and I enjoy it to the fullest and every customer I have had thus far have been happy because I provide great customer service, proper work step by step by the book and educate about everything that I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their needs by asking questions, giving solutions to the problem, and providing the best service to satisfy the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have 10 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry and I am certified in carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Area rug cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Urine removal, and Carpet repair & stretching.
