FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The upholstery cleaning process typically involves several steps. First, a thorough inspection identifies any stains or areas needing special attention. Next, the upholstery is vacuumed to remove loose dirt and debris. Stain pre-treatment may be applied, followed by the actual cleaning using specialized solutions and equipment. Extraction methods, such as steam cleaning, are often employed to lift dirt and residues. Finally, the upholstery is left to dry. Professional cleaners may use specific techniques based on the fabric type to ensure effective cleaning without causing damage. Regular upholstery cleaning helps maintain a fresh appearance and prolongs the life of furniture.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 10 years of experience in furniture restoration. I started out in the furniture cleaning business, but over time, my clients began asking me to repair their furniture as well. My first repair job was for an elderly couple—I restored their beloved leather sofa for free. Seeing how happy they were with the result, I realized this was something I wanted to do. Since then, I have been repairing leather furniture, car seats, bags, and even clothing, continuously improving my skills and techniques.
