Our dryer stopped working so I contacted FIXIT PRO CO. Slava responded less than three minutes after I submitted my inquiry. We scheduled a next day inspection and repair and I was extremely grateful that he was available right away. Slava was informative and very knowledgeable. I had Fixit Pro come out on a Wednesday to repair a leak inside the wash machine. He worked on it for an hour and thought he corrected the issue and paid the initial service call. Two days later the washer still leaked internally and called them and advised the problem. He researched the leak possibilities and determined it was a valve needed to be ordered and replaced. Since we were moving soon and had realtors coming over soon, he and a helper came over on a Sunday morning, fixed the problem in 2 hours and finished just be =fore the realtor and client arrived. The job was not easy since they had to move the dryer which was on top[ of the washer in very tight quarters. 2 days later, no leaks and all went perfect. It was above the standard call of service what they did and did not charge much for fixing the problem. I would recommend 100% Very happy with this company!

I had an excellent experience with Slava when he came to inspect our fridge. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis. He took the time to explain that our compressor had failed and even gave us helpful advice on what to look for when shopping for a new refrigerator. Slava was also very prompt—he came out within just 12 hours of our initial contact, which was much faster than I expected. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, charging only $60 for the visit. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional appliance repair technician, I highly recommend Slava!
