First hour is typically @ 90.00-100.00 and subsequent hours @ 60.00 Some jobs may require additional travel costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss basic needs over the phone 2. If their phone system needs service narrow down the issue to the phone equipment or the phone service provider such as AT&T or Comcast 3. Site survey if needed 4. Smaller jobs are offered on an hourly basis and larger projects by written proposals
