- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We OFFER a $20 OFF Your Move, in case you will have another person referred to us, and we have a scheduled move with that person(in the next two weeks).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a quote is requested we reach out via email or phone and discuss information including (but not limited to): Name (First and Last), Distance, Size of both properties (current and new), Amount of boxes you have, Size of furniture, and any other special requests (Piano Transportation, Workout equipment, Overnight Storage of Household Goods, etc...)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the company you are in contact with is being upfront about their rates and services. Also, make sure that the company has: 1.Easy scheduling process. 2.Quality professional service. 3.Affordable costs Remember to ask about travel time and when the clock starts and ends. Doing research is very important. After all, you are allowing this company to handle all of your families household goods and memories.
