- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different types of pricing. From sq ft to linear ft and even a hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.
