We had Joe demolish and redo a tile shower that a previous contractor had "done" but had done such an inadequate job that it was completely unusable. I won't go into detail, but it was really, really bad. Because of that experience and the ongoing and bitter fight we are still going through with that previous contractor, we were very nervous about trying again but we needed our bathroom back. When we met Joe, he gave us a very good vibe that he was both a good guy and competent. He described the work he was going to do and gave us realistic timelines and, we think, a very reasonable price. Crossing our fingers, we took the plunge.
When it came time for the work to be done, it was Joe that was actually doing the work, he showed up on time, he kept the workplace (the master bathroom and master bedroom) very tidy, and he was very, very particular about quality. With the first contractor, we didn't know enough to know if the foundational work (pan, drain placement, etc.) was good or not, and frankly, we're still not experts, but Joe's work looked cleaner and smoother each step of the way. The final product is exactly what my wife envisioned and he both started and finished when he promised.
While not directly related to the quality of his output, Joe is also a very quiet, low-key guy and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We fully anticipate calling him again the next time we need work done.

My toilet was leaking into the subfloor. The floor around the toilet was unstable and soggy. It was really nasty! When they pulled up the subfloor, it was black, full of mold. They cleaned up all the moisture, mold, and damaged flooring, replaced the subfloor and put down new lvp flooring. It looks great and I was very impressed by their professionalism and the price. I will definitely use Pristine Home Services in the future.

Joe was fantastic to work with. He was flexible and came up with Solutions to problems we encountered them. We started with having him redo a bathroom and because of his fine work We ended up having him redo both bathrooms and stone an entire fireplace. The work was well done, the price was fair, and Joe was a pleasure to work with. I would hire Joe again and would recommend him highly.
