5 Stars! Exceptional Service and Quality
I had an outstanding experience with Brothers Restoration from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every detail of the mitigation process, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in the work being done. The technicians were punctual, respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to the highest standard.

I can't say enough good things about Brothers Restoration! After a terrible experience with another company (Specialty Environmental in Liberty Lake, which was overpriced, unprofessional, and unhelpful), I was in desperate need of fast and reliable help with water damage in my home. Not only was their service incredibly fast, but their pricing was also fair and honest. They sent a tech out very promptly to do an inspection and instead of saying what needed to be said to sell a job they were very honest and upfront with alternative solutions that didnt benefit them in the immediate moment. They were very knowledgeable about the situation at hand and looked out for the customers best interest as well as their wallet. This is THEE Company to call. Their contract is now saved and will be referred to anyone looking for an honest and fair service to be provided. Thank you again Lucas it was a pleasure working with you!
