- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be simple. We can give you a price over the phone 95% of the time. Most of our customers opt for our subscription service plan (think Netflix for Pest). We also offer one-time services for people that don't like commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Crosstown Pest Control, our process for working with a new customer begins with gathering information about their pest problem. We want to understand the type of pest they are dealing with, how severe the infestation is, and any other relevant details. Once we have a good understanding of the customer's pest problem, we schedule a visit to their property to conduct an inspection. During the inspection, we assess the extent of the infestation and identify any potential entry points or areas of concern. Based on the results of the inspection, we develop a customized treatment plan tailored to the customer's specific needs. We take into account any concerns they may have and make sure the treatment plan aligns with their expectations. After we have created the treatment plan, we provide the customer with a quote for our services. We want to make sure they understand the costs associated with the treatment and are comfortable with moving forward. Once the customer has agreed to move forward, we schedule a time to perform the treatment. Our team of experienced professionals will use the most effective and appropriate methods to control the pest problem and minimize any disruption to the customer's daily life. Finally, we follow up with the customer after the treatment to ensure that the pest problem has been resolved and to provide any additional recommendations for ongoing pest prevention. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our services and know that we are available to help if they have any future pest control needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In general, pest control professionals are required to undergo specialized training and obtain certifications or licenses to work in their field. This may include completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, followed by specialized coursework in pest control, pesticide application, and safety procedures.
