FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices as fair as possible. A reputable company will not always be the lowest price. A company that is looking to stay in business for a long time may have to charge a little more for overhead and for future growth. That is where we are at. Consistently growing to become more versatile to better serve our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to find out what exactly our customers are looking for in the finished product. When possible we will try to give our customers options. Not only for ways to keep costs lower, but for possibly a more pleasing result. Not every customer wants the same thing. Therefore it is best to try and have some options to choose from that will suit the customer best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Along the way I have worked in residential, commercial, and heavy highway construction. In doing so I have been in situations that others have not. This has allowed me to possess several different view points on projects and quite possibly a better solution to difficult situations. I also try to stay up to date with a multitude of certifications to better serve my customers.
