We had an incredible experience working with Slavik at ARK Flooring. He and his team installed Brazilian Teak flooring in our home and the workmanship was outstanding. These are the most detailed, precise workers I have ever worked with in my life and we have had many houses. The floors look absolutely perfect. By that I mean the seams and areas where the wood meets walls, trim or cabinets are flawless. We had a large set of stairs to do and honestly they look like a piece of art. His team is very punctual and clean up thoroughly even though they were coming back the next day. They work very hard and fast. We trusted them in our home and thought so highly of them that we hired them to install the floors in our vacation home too. He kindly agreed to go the distance it took to reach this home. We chose vinyl plank flooring due to weather and they turned out with the same precise seamwork like I thought they would using Slavik at Ark Flooring. We can't give a higher rating than 5 stars but we would if we could. You will NOT be disappointed.

Slavik and his team has done all of our flooring for many years. I have recommended him to friends who have all also been very pleased with this work. Not only is he priced fairly, his workmanship and pride is extended to his entire crew. They are clean in their work, polite in their activities and truly care about the results. I have also been able to trust Slavik and team when I am not available to be home. They are trustworthy and dedicated to their client's satisfaction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I actually do the work myself I am able to give customer better pricing. The bigger the job is the better pricing I offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer in person, do a walk through of the project, answer the questions, if project is several days long than keep customer up to date and informed. Customer can text me even after hours if they have questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service is something I was born with in my blood already, I DO NOT like to be late!
