Kirsten M. says, "We reached out to Mike via thumbtack on a Thursday and he replied back that evening. We just moved into our house in March and by late June our pond was thick green and full of algae. The 6 koi fish which came with the pond hadn’t eaten or come up to the surface in two days because they were clearly in distress due to our neglect. We didn’t know the first thing about caring for a pond and desperately needed someone to clean it out and show us the ropes. Mike did just that (Other companies would take a month to help us!). Mike arrived the very next afternoon, assessed our needs, and gave us a fair price. He clearly explained everything to us and educated us on basic pond care and maintenance. He proceeded to complete 95% of the work that afternoon and will be returning in 5 days to finish up. He even let us temporarily use his pump while ours is shipped. He will return to install the new pump and UV filter and do a couple of other small things. Within hours, our pond went from not being able to see through it at all, distressed & inactive fish with no waterfall running, to totally clear and beautiful, happy, active fish, and a working waterfall and pump.
