We are different than any other insulation contractor. We offer energy audits, and based on running those tests is what determines what needs done to the home so we don't have to guess the test will tell us what needs it done as far as energy efficiency. So Idaho power charges $450 for a test to be performed and we're doing a special for no charge for all homeowners with homes built before 2018 because they had no building codes before 2018 in Idaho that were worth anything that would help save on energy. So we help people get tax credit money back that pays for more than half of the job cost and get a lot of services done because their energy star rated and we know how all the tax credits and rebates work. I've worked with power companies around the country The last 12 years working with this money so we know how to help people get as much money back as they can and save on their energy bills each month. Because a big problem with these newer homes is these dark shingled roofs and when we add the radiant barrier paint underneath the sheeting of the roof it lowers the attic temperature by 30 40° which makes your AC barely run in the summertime. A lot of people don't know that. So call us and we will come and do a free energy audit and assessment on your home and leave you with the free estimate. But I'm very experienced contractor and was HomeAdvisors number one contractor in 2022 is a pretty big achievement. So I take pride in my work and the service of it so when you have employees that do things that give you a bad name it's very hard to accept but that's just life You're not going to have perfect reviews. But when I'm out at the job I will get it done and get it done right. And it will make a difference in the home for the structure of the home and the energy efficiency and indoor air quality. All those things are very important and a place we call our sanctuary and spend 80% of our lives in. We need to realize the air that were breathing in every day because there's newer homes make it look like it has clean air because everything looks nice and clean on the inside but when you have these video cameras that go down in there and you can see mice and the duct work that's not a good sign especially when you do it in 80% of them have it in them. So I would really recommend at least having it done to see for yourself how your home is for air quality and energy efficiency.See more
