- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept cash, card, Venmo, Cash app, PayPal, Apple Pay, or check Payments are made weekly, bi weekly, or monthly and all services are purchased up front
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For massage: Show up 3 minutes early to fill out a quick intake form and we’ll go over what your needs are and preferences if any before getting started For training: We establish your fitness history, goals and personal and family medical history, trial a workout and establish a time frame, day, and routine that works for both of us. Not a lot of pressure, basically just ensure that we are a good fit. If you decide this is not for you there is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation.
