- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know your time is valuable. To ensure the best value for your dollar, we offer free consultations to discuss your vision and the end uses for your images. Once we've learned about your project, we’ll provide you with an upfront quote. You won't ever need to worry about surprise invoices, hidden fees, or wasted time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter how polished you are in the boardroom, courtroom or office, we understand being in front of the camera can feel daunting. At Pixel Light, we've spent more than 25 years creating an experience that will help you feel relaxed and confident during your shoot. We're masters at asking the right questions before your session and directing you during the shoot so you can feel comfortable having your images taken. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technical skills needed to be an expert photographer and videographer are ever-changing, so education is continuous. In addition, our experience working with a wide variety of professionals has fine-tuned our ability to work well with various personalities to create images that communicate a compelling and quality brand message.
