The owner Stepan Rizin was prompt, professional, polite, courteous, customer oriented, had a true bias for action, minimized bureaucracy, and is probably the nicest guy in construction. A true gentleman. His pricing was very reasonable and his integrity was beyond reproach. I am happy actually elated to write a review for him and will copy and paste it on Google and yelp as well.
