Our rental process was so smooth and easy, we were beyond pleased! Deb was amazing, from showing us the place, to walking us through the easy leasing process, to helping us with last-minute repairs. We had a major issue while dealing with the pet screening company, but, Deb went to bat for us and made it right.The whole company is very professionally organized and it makes working with them a breeze. By far the best experience we had after attempting to lease with 3 other, badly-managed, companies. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

You wont find a more passionate and knowledgeable team in the entire Boise area when it comes to anything real estate related. Property management, home buying, investment properties, tenant assistance, etc. Luke and his team are A+ across the board. 10/10 recommend.

I have known Luke for several years now. I recently purchased a home in star Idaho and employed Lukes firm to be my property manager. He has been absolutely magnificent and his team is by far top grade. Deb Knudson is our Liaison and she has been great. They have given me the best experience as a landlord that you can possibly imagine. All circumstances are handled by his firm and allows me to not have to worry about the property. I highly recommend Luke and the rest of his team to be your property manager.
