FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal when quoting is always to be reasonable. I’m open to negotiation, and my priority is getting and keeping you as a customer. I’m willing to work with a variety of budgets; service is number one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ball usually starts rolling when a customer reaches out to me and I send them a quote for the service they request. After that, I like to have a brief phone call or FaceTime/Skype meeting to hammer out the details.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love working with all types of clients — everyone from fresh college grads looking to get their first corporate headshots to regional directors of interior design companies needing training material for new employees to local musicians and podcasters needing audio mastering on their tracks. There are no criteria for the people we serve; if you have a multimedia need, please reach out because we’d love to help you out! We’re well-connected in the community, so if we don’t feel we’re the best fit for your project we can put you in touch with someone who is.
